I had the same problem with my 40VE, the small pin holding the lower half of the pivoting trigger was backing out. He told me he used a punch to set it, and a spot of JB Weld to secure it. This was 3 years and at least 5000 rounds ago, haven't had a problem since. My Sigma is unmodified.
