As I posted awhile back, I got the 9mm compact for Christmas. So far, about 950 rounds of FMJ, Gold Dots and Win.JHP have gone thru it. I have not had a single problem. It's now my everyday carry.

Just got my two mags a few days ago, and the check arrived right after that. I already tested them and glad to report, No problems. (the check cleared also!!!)

After reading these posts and the dates involved, I called S&W yesterday. While I mailed the rebate on Dec.27, the rep said it did not get processed until the end of Feb!!! They got swamped with the rebate response and were not prepared. At least they have my forms and I'll be getting the mags...

I've used a Galco Pocket holster ($20) for about a year. It's great! I tried the Nemesis, Mika, Uncle Mike's,... etc. But the Galco is what I'm sticking with.

They're on mine and my wife's 642s. Great training tool also. It'll really show you how much you wobble while aiming and how your trigger pull moves your point of aim. There's plenty of other discussions about the CT laser grips on various threads. Welcome to the forum!

I just got the 9mm Compact for Christmas, so I have not had the chance to put it thru its paces. I have been hearing and reading good things about the M&P line (enough to make me ask/bargin/beg my wife for one! )

A J-frame in one pocket and a speedstrip in the other, you're good to go. Put a CT laser grip on it and you're really set. Works for me.
