    SW40V owner here. Bought in 1999. Not my favorite gun by any stretch. But it's okay for the range and as a drop gun. Matte finish slide with black polymer lower.

    1911 recoil is more tame than the M&P. But the M&P recoil is very manageable. You will not be disappointed. :)

    Just picked up a used M&P 45. Was told it was used by a Georgia PD. Serial# Mxx3630 any idea when it was manufactured? No test fire casing with purchase.
