Leather holsters, yes. No with my Kydex holsters.

I use BlackHawk Serpa for all my OWB needs. I prefer OWB to IWB, and require retention devices...Bianchi also make a leather retention holster. For IWB I use Stoner or High Noon Holsters.

Yes, be worried. Be very worried. But do not worry about S&W. Just your own accuracy.

Mine was very VERY difficult to rack. After many times racking the slide on an empty gun, and shooting it 110 times, it has loosened dramatically.
