Shield 45 Pricing

Looking to buy an M&P45 Shield. Is there any good deals out there? The going price I see is about $400 shipped by a couple of retailers. Locally they are about $500 after tax. Thanks.

Local shop had one for $449 and I was real close to getting it but got the m&p45c for $500 OTD instead.

Bought mine from LGS where I buy all my handguns and ammo. Have purchased 6 there in the last 3 years. Got mine for $420.00 out the door.

If you purchase online you will pay the FFL transfer fee so you will basically be in the $400 to $460 range depending on where you go.

I am a repeat customer at LGS so I think I got a great deal plus if I ever had a problem with anything I bought there they go the extra mile to assist.

I just bought one this afternoon from a local gun shop and it was the model with a thumb safety for $449.99 + 9.8% sales tax. They are going for that price locally. I already have the 9mm Shield, hope the 45 is just as good as the 9mm.

I think the 45 is great. I much prefer it over my 9.

Got mine at Cabela's in Noblesville, IN. Was on sale for $399 and I got another $25 off for applying for their Club Card-$374.99 + tax. Was the last NTS they had in stock! Very happy so far, just not enough time to get to the range, only 50 rounds so far :-(

I ended up ordering mine from Sportsmans Outdoor Warehouse for $399.99 shipped + $20 transfer fee. Should be able to pick it up tomorrow/Saturday.

My LGS has them online for $410 with free shipping to their storefront (from their warehouse.) I went in today to see if they had one I could look at before I ordered it, and they did. The tag on it said $430, so after looking at it I told them I was going to order one...and they said they'd sell it to me for the online price. With tax, it was $443 out the door.

I haven't fired it yet, but with dry firing it, the trigger is much better than I remember my other Shield (9mm) being, as well as the other M&Ps I've owned in the past.
