I had no issues with PSA and rebate via online process.

no issue with PSA. Just takes a long time for the rebate to happen. As mentioned it is more or less a small card (3x5?) envelope from MPS and could be easily passed as junk mail.

I spoke with David today and told him about the magazine dropping out. He replied "I've never heard of that issue". He took my info and said he would send new follower assembly out.

Submitted the shield rebate on 5/20, called today they said the check was cut on 7/31, but not made it to my hand as of yet.
