I have a 15-3 from 1971. Number “18” stamped on both sides of the frame. I was told it was an ex Las Vegas casino security issued gun, but have not been able to match the details to a specific casino. Has anyone seen similar markings on a casino gun before?

Thanks to everyone who replied. It is a 5” bbl. Light holster wear, and locks up tight. I shot it the other day and it was a great experience. One of my favorite guns, and coming from the Probibition era, if it could only talk!

I believe I have a .38 M&P 1905, 4th Change, 5” bbl, square butt. Serial Number 429505. If someone could look up the mfg/ship date for me, I would be very greatfull.
