The grip appears to have at least the last two digits of the guns serial #. Can't seem to upload the pic. Something about a security code.

See pic. I think I found the Turkey. About middle of backside of grip.

I was curious about the grip design cuz I don't see it in any pics. The sn is 10xx.

I can't find model, caliber or year of manufacture.the bore etc are in good condition and would like to know what ammo is best for some shooting. Thank you. I attached photo but don't see it in the preview.

6 shot vs 8 shot Hello - I just picked up a model 627-5 PC eight shot. Was this model ever made in a 6 shot version? Also in terms of future collector value will an older 686 6 shot carry more value than a newer value 686 8 shot? Thanks
