Opinion on .380 Bodyguard trigger kit

Also, the only ammo I have fired has been all cheap Blazer Brass and one box of Critical Defense....

Opinion on .380 Bodyguard trigger kit

Having fired well over 200 rounds now with the shortened Gallaway kit on mine and not having a single lite primer strike/misfire/hangup/etc I respectfully disagree.

    Sights for 45 Shield?

Guns you've always wanted but never obtained.

The only gun I really do want that I don't have would be a WWII era Colt 1911. My wife was very close to her Grandfather when he was alive. When her Grandmother passed we helped her parents clean her Grandparents house so they could sell it. Her Dad found his holster from WWII. He was a Marine...

    My first Glock

Most of that doesn't really apply in my case. I am already in the only room I will need to defend myself in and will have no need for opening doors or turning on light switches. The other two bedrroms are empty, kids grown and gone. I will yell for someone to leave my house while the cops are on...

    Whats your latest purchase? "guns/accessories"

I was starting to feel a little uneasy with all the handguns and a couple shotguns in the house. No kids here but don't like leaving on vacations, etc and not having them locked up. Most of my rifles/shotguns/etc are at my Dads house in his giant safe so I didn't want a great big one here...

    My first Glock

Very nice! Like I said though, I would choose the 12 ga over all pistols.. The Shield is in the nightstand though...The Mossberg lives in the corner of the bedroom. But, I think the best deterrent is my black lab, I wouldn't want to come across him in the middle of the night. LOL

    My first Glock

Ahhhh, that makes a lot more sense. Kind of odd it only happened to this Glock, never with my shield 9mm or her LC9. Must be the larger grip size compared to those.

LOL! I had to go back and look.

    My first Glock

I agree it would be a great home defense gun, I will grab the short Mossberg 12 gauge loaded with 00 buckshot first though.

    My first Glock

OK, I had to quote this because my wife shot the 17 yesterday and it jammed TWICE in the four shots she took. I shot 6 mags and not a single issue. She has tiny hands though (I know, I know ) and I assume there is a trigger pull issue, especially now after I read this post!

    My first Glock

Took it to the range today and shot 6 mags, VERY nice shooter. I'm glad I bought it, nice to have a high capacity magazine pistol again!

This pic shows exactly why I refuse to use unknown gunshow reloads, in any of mine.

    My first Glock

Thanks all. First chance I will get to shoot it is Sunday, looking forward to that! I really kicked around the 19 but with the others (small carry guns) I have there was no reason to not have a full size. It will mostly just be for use at the range and just to have in case the government finds a...
