Thought I'd share a shot of my new to me Model 66-2 decked out in Safariland combat grips with my old duty gear. The serial number dates her back to the end of 1985 through early 1986, which makes her pretty special since I started the job in Jan 1986.
I've carried both the 65 and the 66 as my issued weapon for patrol and put a bunch of rounds through them both. The are both accurate and reliable, the question between these two comes down to the sites and what your intended use for the weapon is.
