I have this same scope! can you focus on anything within 50 yds? Mine bottoms out at about 80 yards. Can't focus on anything shorter than that.

finally got to fire my new one Friday night. Ran 550 rounds of Federal 550 and not ONE misfire or FTE! Took a while to sight in the scope but once I got that done, its a blast to shoot! Wish I could find more clips though

Ok took a look at Utube on bore snakes... so then how do you clean all the crud off the bore snake? Or do you need two of em? one to clean and one to dry? or one to clean and oil and one to dry?

Bore snake? Not familiar with a bore snake. what's the difference between cleaning with a rod and this "snake"????

Been cleaning my 15-22 after each shoot but have a basic question.. just how many times does it take to get a clean swab to come out of this barrel? Its taking like 20 runs through the bore to finally get a clean swab. I use a brush first with S&W barrel cleaner then light S&W oil..but it seems...

BTW... it had all the blue springs too!

Had to go to Kalamazoo (40 miles away)..to get it..they were sold out in South Bend. $499.00 for the 811033. Serial number starts with DTZ. Got a NcStar P4 sniper scope for it as well as soft case and single point sling. Brought it home, cleaned it well and shot 24 rounds of Federals through it...

So how will we know if S&W even sees this? Did you call them and tell em about it and the video? What did they say?

Went to my distributor yesterday to pick up one. they're all sold out and so I asked about the new MOE and he told me that Smith & Wesson ship to "preferred" dealers first. Any way to find out who those Preferred dealers are? Cabella's? Major cities? Florida? Mexico??????

Got four boxes of Federal today Bought out the Walmart in Mishawaka, IN today. $18.20 per box of 550. Bought all four they had. Amazing...same price as Cabella's bulk Federals

I want to order a 15-22 MOE... there new for 2010. Posts here say that they'll be available in April-May. But isnt there a specific SKU number etc. that I'd need so I get the newest?

seems like everyone here has to send them back to S&W anyway. Maybe I should wait a few more weeks and see if I can find one made last week!

hello everyone. going to buy one with my tax return...local gun shop has them for $399 but I'm worried that they are the ones with the extractor problem...thus the price. How do I know I'm getting one that was recently made?:rolleyes:
