I have zero issues when using the 10-rd mags with the 15-22, no matter the ammo brand or type. But when using the 25-rd mags I frequently gets cartridges jamming up in the mag and not rising to the feed lips. I think it might be partially due to the type of ammo, or specifically the bullet...

I have I think the Magpul MS4 which can easily convert from 2-point to 1-point sling using QD attachments. I actually share it between an AR15 and the 15-22 using the same QD detents. Simple, quality build, and flexible conversion.

For now it is the M&P 15-22 because with the adjustable stock it is perfect for a range of sizes in grandkids and adults. Easy to mount a scope or red dot, too, although the Magpul iron sights are better than most sporter rimfire rifle irons. HOWEVER, I am working on some upgrades to my 10/22...

With iron sights I doubt you will see a difference between MM and SV. In my 15-22 I get about 1 3/8" groups at 50 yds with CC SV and 4x magnification. With MM, I will get more like 1 3/4" groups. All are 10-shot groups. With irons I would guess there is more variance from unaided eye than the...
