I took the Nano yesterday to a friends house and we ran so many kinds of ammo thru it and alot of it. It was 480 rounds and that is 80 magizines. We all have sore thumbs but the Nano ran perfect but I think I would rather drive the roll pin back in the Shield every 50 rounds than deal with the...
I would hope as busy as they are they are making enough money to make it but I understand what you are saying but maybe the good ole us goverment will bail them out if they get in trouble to save my warranty.:D
I bought my Nano from Shooters World in Tampa FL and they over a in house lifetime warranty on the Nano. So if something does happen I just have to drop it off on my way to work. I made sure and got it in writting as well:cool:
I still want a XDs but finding the gun is hard. The nano has been good so far and most of what I have shot has been federal range 115gr. I did buy a Glock 36 but I think I may get a full size M&P. I am sure my old shield will be a good gun but it just didnt work for me. I dont look bad at SW it...
I sold my Shield and I learned from the guy today that he sent it to SW because he shot 300 rounds thru it and the roll pin was over half way out again. I really miss the idea of that gun but I replaced it with a nano and while the trigger is terrible it has many rounds thru it and has been...
I do not have a 45acp as all my guns are 40sw or 10mm. I have been wanting to get a 45 though. I have offers for $600 even though I paid $440?? and was thinking about a XDs but the very reason people will give $600 for the Shield is the very reason I wont be getting a XDs
I dont know if this is the place to post this but I am selling my Shield 40 and a local cop wants to trade me a gen 3 Glock36. Does anyone have any advice about this gun. I have the 29sf and really like it. He is also offering 100 ranger t ammo and 50 cash. thanks
I got mine for $440 plus tax but I have called around and not seeing any. I got mine the 15th of december and they had a bunch but not now. I will be glad when all this calms down and all the people who bought a gun after getting caught in this madness decides to sale it and the used gun market...
I dont do press checks but I just tried it on my Shield 40 and it always goes back to battery. It did not matter if I just slightly pulled it back or not. I tried stopping a several different spots and it always went back. I do notice that my spring is really tight and the slide pulls with alot...
I posted a few weeks ago about this because my Shield did the same thing. SW mailed me two pins and I used the new one to drive out the old and so far it is ok
No matter how well something is made you can bet that some will have problems. Just because a gun has a strong following does not mean that you keep it. I like my Shield and it is a great gun, BUT it is my only gun to have problems and two at that. The front sight is ok but the roll pin is a...
I have never had luck selling something I own. My wife jokes about it all the time but I like to be fair. I guess. I had a Ford f350 with a diesel and a bolt broke off in the block when replacing the water pump and to fix it the engine had to be removed. I put it back together and drove it for 3...
I understand that but I dont see that much of a shortage on guns. Atleast not in Tampa FL and that is were this gun is at. I go to a place called Shooters World and they have everything in stock including ammo. It just seems crazy to ask that price when you can buy a new one and get a new...
