I am a new handgun owner and was wondering if the S&W M&P 9mm 4.25" barrel can handle +P type ammunition. I understand that only handguns designed to handle "High Pressure" loads have this ability so I was wondering about my new M&P 9mm. Lastly, why would one use a +P (High Pressure) Load?
