    Picked up my M&P at the shop today. It has some dings, a fairly noticeable scratch through the trademark under the cylinder latch, not sure the grips are correct, but it's in pretty good shape overall. Estimates from other sources date it around 1935 (serial 6536XX). I'll probably letter it...

    New member intro

    Hi all, Doug from Omaha. Retired USAF, currently a county corrections officer. My very 1st handgun was a Model 10, NIB for $100 back in 1976. I owned a Model 28 & 629 over the years, just picked up what appears to be a mid-1930s pre Model 10. I look forward to discussions here!
