This is a renewed search for a spurred hammer to replace the bobbed hammer on my 6904; love the pistol, just want to have a SA/DA and convenient ability to pre-cock.
I used to know the part# right off hand, but... I'll look it up.
Any help on sources, or does anyone have one laying about?
I know...

And, to the point, I know I could drift them out (an observant chimp could do that) but I don't want to foul up the installation. I thought maybe someone may have a tutorial or something.
Apparently, the lesson is, "use a gunsmith."
Ha! Thanks! I used to own a '65 Triumph Bonneville, and a '72 MGB. I Learned a few skills with them. What I learned most was Lucas electrical systems are ****, as was the British aluminum alloys.
I have a pre '89 6904 with a broken rear sight, and have a set of Trijicon SA05 sights. Should I try to install them myself or go to a gunsmith? My skill level is such that I have dissassembled and reassembled the lower, except for the trigger assembly.
That's what I'm talking about.
Also, when I wrote "bobbed" I meant a shortened, rounded hammer spur, as opposed to a true "spur". The 6904 has a "spurless" hammer. Maybe my nomenclature is off. It's a matter of semantics, I guess.
I am a noob here, so be kind😆
Any way, I'm looking for a bobbed hammer to replace the spurless hammer on my 6904. i need one from a 39xx or 59xx, And will use my existing connector. Anybody have one?
