I was thinking more along the lines of the new(ish) Midwest Industries lightweight KMR rail. Or the BCM KMR.

Thanks for the speedy reply! Presumably the Tacticool22 handguard converter doesn't weigh much, so combined with a lightweight freefloat rail it will probably be very similar to the stock plastic rail. :cool:

New member, first post here. Do you mind weighing the stock rail that was on the rifle? I'm tempted to swap rails on my 15-22 but I'd like to know the weight of the original one for comparison. Thanks!
