M&P 15-22 Picture Thread

Installed a new handguard on the 15-22 today. The only difference is this one is keymod.

RedNeck Jim liked my other Rainier Arms/Samson handguard, but since they only make a keymod version of it now and he preferred the non-keymod version, we worked out a swap. Got it one day before my birthday. Thanks Jim. Can't wait to see yours installed.

This new drum might be fun. If it functions well i might have to invest in a couple more.

Only have a few hundred rounds through both of mine, but they have been 100 percent reliable with the Slide Fire stock. Even with hollow points. They just don't lock the bolt open after the last round.

Did my first rattle can job last week. Surprised myself with how well it came out considering I've never done this before.

Niiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiice. What sight is that? (more importantly is it real?)

Thanks! It's one of those Chinese clones of a SpecterDR 4x, got it off eBay for $120. It's actually of decent quality and holds zero, plus it looks neat.

Almost dunzo.... for now... ;)

My Steel Challenge tool.View attachment 186140
Here is a serious Steel Challenge 15-22. Its the upper one. The bottom is an even more serious SC AR-22. I used the 15-22 from 2011 thru 2014 in Steel Challenge and Ruger Rimfire (when and where allowed until recently when they were added officially to SC). Although right now I am using a super lightweight 10/22.

running C-More Railways on Allchin mounts? that is what i run on my 10/22 and MKIII (which are more or less just names for designation since they really only have 1-2 Ruger parts on them any more!) VQ and up are some costly products!!

Id really like to see a better pic please! I cut down the taccom handguard. Wish the taccom stock worked with the 15-22.
Mine is around 3.75lbs with trs-25
Specs would be fantastic including weight. Its nice to see someone else with ultralight builds!

Did you hold your cursor over the thumbnail to enlarge it? I had to resize the photos size smaller to get them to download properly. I could do a much larger more detailed version with one of my DSLRs but these were done with the 5 MP camera in my smartphone.

Here's a few pics of mine, not quite done yet but it's getting there:)
~UTG Rail Covers, AFG2, Zombie Hunter Mag Catch, Zombie Outbreak Response Team Mag Release, Biohazard Takedown Pins, CAA Stock Saddle, Kineti-Tech Barrel Shroud.
