For SALE S&W 16-4 revolvers, 648-1 SPF and Henry BB .357 SPF

F.S. first I have a very nice 6" blue S&W Model 16-4 in .32 mag with very pretty finger groove grips, adjustable sights and full lug barrel. Looks to have been fired very little . minor drag line on cylinder, tiny flaw in blue in the center of side plate on right side. Can't get it to show...

    327 federal Magnum

Seriesguy, Wow, you're making it tough on me . That's a fine looking rig. But for the cost of the original revolver, the cost of conversion and wrecking the resale value if I ever want to resell I may just enjoy the .32 mag as is . No rush. I'll let this marinate for a while. Thanks for...

    327 federal Magnum

Well as long as we're reviving old threads I have a chance to pick up a 6" K frame. In 32. H&R mag. These seem to be somewhat rare. Do they have collector value ? And Would I be ruining the value by having it reamed out to handle the .327 mag? I do have a Ruger single six that I was...

    K-22 Questions

Nice looking revolver. I was lucky enough to pick up a '52 vintage k22 this week. I've wanted one since my teens when a neighbors older brother had one and actually let me fire it once. I would say mine is 85% or better with no box and I paid a little bit less but grips were replaced at some...

    Flitz

I made the mistake of trying to polish an older blued revolver with Flitz and it promptly removed about 20%of the finish. Has anyone else had this issue? Or was I hoodwinked and someone had put some kind of "cover blue" on this old Smith?

    22 rimfire enough for coyote?

.22 mag is a minimum for these (very) tough critters. I've seen em run with a solid hit with a .223. If legal for night hunting like here in Michigan go to a good heavy loaded 12ga. "Dead Coyote" brand seems to be a favorite with (T shot if you can find it and it's not cheap) a full choke...

    CC a 3" 1911?

I've carried my Kimber Ultra carry 3" so much over the last 8 years that I'm now trying to make up my mind what type of refinish I'd like. Its showing wear on the sharp edges and at the muzzle. I'm leaning toward a desert tan frame with black slide Or maybe a titanium frame with black slide? in...

    What Holster is this?

"Simply rugged" makes their "Chesty Puller" version of this type of rig. Not exactly a shoulder holster , more of a "chest rig" but looks like there is plenty of room for adjustment. Go to simplyrugged.com and you can find more info on these strong well made holsters from Rob Leahy

thank goodness for smith and wesson

You paid $650 for a Ruger 45/22 ? ( maybe I read that wrong? ) and it didn't shoot well? I never owned a 45/22 but I do have a MkIII hunter that has shot very well and I've been very happy with so far ($450 with six site pipes ,scope mounts and nice wood grips). I have no experience with...

SMITH & WESSON - VS - JOHN DEERE

reminds me of the time I ran over my brand new SS. Gerber Multi-tool with the snow blower. The Multi-tool made out just slightly better than your Smith. (man and I thought I was sick). I ended up cutting the tool out of the snow blower where it had welded itself. Opened that new 36" Huskey dual...
