Now that I have most of the drool wiped off my key board....

Man, that is some collection of short nosed Smiths!!!
Great pic toroflow1.
Thanks,
but...
Some how I feel cheated as I have not one of these little Big guns, and you have so many.
something else for me to work toward....
and so it continues.

Nice gun, nice photo 4306.

What kind of knife? What kind of holster?

toroflow1
How about naming the model numbers of each of those?

Only thing stopping you here in NY is $$$$.

Wish I could say the same thing in California. Just about all of mine needed to be purchased face to face or they needed to be converted to single action before the were shipped in, it is a real challenge to people to convert s&w to single action.

While we're at it: here are some 4" 629s: 2 no dashers, a -2 "Mountain Revolver", a -3, and a -4:

And finally some 657 no dash 4"ers:

You'll note: not a MIM or lock amongst all of the above! I don't allow those things in my collection! ;)

Obviously you do not live in Washington county.

In Washington county each and every gun must be approved by the county judge. He decides what type of gun you may have. My neighbor was denied the purchase of a .45 and was told to buy a smaller caliber. My local gunsmith was told the judge thought he owned enough guns already. Although a pistol permit is a NY document each county is left with how to issue and control the purchase need I remind you of NYC where it is virtually impossible to own a hand gun. His highness Mayor Bloomberg even sends NYPD detectives out of the state on sting operations for gun control purposes.

Hey Toroflow1, I love your pic of all the Snubs so much that I made it my desk top picture. It must be awfully nice to own so many..I am trying very hard to sell off a couple of my guns just to get a S&W 657PC 2 5/8 barrel in .41 mag. You have a extremely nice collection.

This ol cowhand likes 'em too!

Kinda like my cowponies...Short & Stout ;)
