I have a model 617 no dash with 6'' barrel and the S&W finger groove wood grips. Also has TT and TH. The serial # is BPT7624. Can someone put a year of manufacture on this revolver please? Thanks. Duke

This revolver did have adjustable sights and a 6'' barrel. The model 14- 5 or -7 sounds like it could be the revolver I am wanting.. thank you.

I saw a revolver back in the 80's that looked like a 586 with full underlug, was chambered for .38 special only, and was a K frame. Can someone please give me some info about this revolver, thanks. Duke.
