Completely Agree with the extractor. It barley fit in and then it wouldn't chamber a round. The hook just wouldn't open enough to go over the rim of the bullet. The TK trigger took a little convincing but I got it to work. I have had good luck with the trigger.

You will have to contact smith to get a new spring. But in the mean time any spring that will fit in there will work.

Most likely you put the mag release in wrong. Or forgot to put the spring back in. Look up a video of how to disassemble and see if that's the problem
Forgot to mention that the right grip panel holds the spring and release in to the frame.

Haven't had that problem. The issue I have is when you pull the slide back to manually eject the bullet, it won't remove it from the chamber. Shoots and cycles fine. Also the extractor work cold, it is only after it heats up that it stops working. I haven't called smith yet. But hopefully it is...
Both guns are great. I own both. It really is personal preference on which one to choose. Yes the screw on the victory does occasionally come loose. But is not a big deal it doesn't affect accuracy and is easily tightened.

I am left handed as well and do not have any issues firing the pistol. Activating the safety can be annoying and I don't use the bolt release. I just pull the bolt back. Also the mag release is easily pushed with your trigger finger
I understand where you are coming from. But I disagree. I think the look of the longer barrel is what sold me on it. It just screams target pistol. Just my opinion
I had the screw come loose the fist time out. I also cleaned it prior. After that I made sure to tighten it down with my own 5in Allen key to get enough torque. Haven't had a problem since.
Took The Plunge
Owned one for a while now and love it. I hope you have the same experience as well. The recoil spring can be a pita at first but you get used to it.
