Sarge. what bullets and powder do you shoot in your 52. I have been using HBWC (my own casting) and bullseye 2.6. Am changing to Clays 2.6, it seems to be cleaner when using in my 1911. George

I've done the same thing and, as far as I'm concerned, the only answer is to send it back to S&W. they will put a new barrel in and fit it to a bushing. The accuracy is dependent on that fit. You will not be able to replicate what they can do.

I recently have been emailing the S&W customer service people. I now have a direct phone number and extension for a tech who, we hope, will walk me through the take down steps. I have not called yet. I want to have my video cam set up and have plenty of time when I do get a hold of him. S&W...

Go ahead and use it. If you can load the mag it will work.

Does anyone out there have the manual for the proper sequence for complete disassembly and reassembly of the M52-2? I have done it but not very well. I have the manual that came with the pistol. I need to know the sequence of events to completely disassemble the pistol right down to the screws...
