    This is kinda like a former mayor of a Capitol city saying the crime rate in his city would be low if you take out the murders. I can't say the QC on my Shield 45 was any kinda of good if the RSA (not breaks due to stress or bad metal) falls apart. RC

    This is an old thread with an old problem. Happened to me this weekend. Bought the new gun Friday Jan 2017 and Saturday the RSA fell apart. I'm sure S&W will make it right but as old as this gun is the problem should not be a problem. RC

    Terry do the X frame grips move your middle finger lower on the grip to avoid the whack when you fire regular (not cowboy spcl) loads? RC "The top one is a 629-6 Classic with X frame grips."
