I have the same DASA Combat and find it to be on par if not better than the new Colts and new S&W’s. It really is a well put together firearm. I want to try out the newish lightweight variant but haven’t yet.
I bought the target model a few years back and have found it to be reliable and accurate. In the $800 / $900 price range would be a great deal. Once you hit $1,000 for a used 9mm you’re options open up to higher end Sig’s, CZ’s or a wide variety of 1911’s.
It's just smoke and mirrors so they can have a good sound bite for re-election campaign. Why are we giving random groups of wage earners these arbitrary exemptions for a few years? Just lower the tax % for everyone in the tax bracket. But a .2% drop in rates doesn't sound as good.
It’s a lot harder to control the recoil than it is to keep gun stationary while pulling the trigger. It shouldn’t take too much practice to get good at the double action trigger pull. It’ll take awhile to get to the point where you can keep gun stationary while blasting through a cylinder...
Are the serial number on the barrel flat and cylinder the same as on the frame? It’s not too hard to swap out a barrel or a cylinder. It was common to chop the barrels down for the US market and ream the cylinder out for .38 Special. It take an extra second or 2 to of reaming to get to .357...
I’d assume it varies from video to video. Watch the one of him shooting 6 rounds of .44 Mag in one second. It’s pretty impressive and kind of funny. In order to to be able to shoot a gun like that you need the grip strength and forearms of a gorilla along with great technique.
If I was offering to sell some of my stash and someone offered me $30, I'd tell them to go suck an egg. You can't find any pistol powder for close to that and Unique is one of the most popular powders out there and it has been unavailable for years. The price of powder 10 years ago isn't...
I bought .25 back in 2022 when it was around $20,000 for one. I’ve sold most of it off as it was going up but still have .05 or about $5,000 in it. I’m going to hold onto that for awhile. If it drops a bunch I might buy more. IMO it’s a purely speculative gamble.
20,000+ lbs were confiscated at the southern border in FY24 and 40 lbs were confiscated at the northern border. What evidence supports that the Mexican cartels decided to move to Canada?
Fentanyl deaths skyrocketed from 2016 to 2020 and have been dropping for the last 2 years. Anyone who thinks Trump gets credit for what has happened over the last few months is just cherry picking data. Drug deaths ebb and flow based on a wide variety of factors and not who is president.
