I want to get my barrel re-parkerized after I buggered up the finish trying to get my flash suppressor off (and buggered up even more trying to touch it up with cold bluing). I'd like to remove the barrel extension before sending it to him since that part doesn't look like it was parkerized...

The cost is low enough that it's worth a shot, but I wasn't really impressed. The problem with the stock trigger isn't necessarily weight, it's grittiness and creep. The spring might make it a little less gritty, but it made the creep worse on mine. Where before, when you finally got the trigger...

how about an bicycle inner tube? They come in ~21cm diameter which would be perfect.

My non-camo version seemed to have a fair amount of debris in it new too. Looked like cardboard dust from the packaging.
