This is absolutely the best advice. The cost of the pistol will be under Small Claims max dollar amounts. Add in your travel and mileage for the 3 round trips, pistol purchase reciept, repair invoice. Go super prepared, 8x10 pictures, convo transcripts, etc. everything. You'll win and...
