There is a special package of the .45 with factory night sights and a third magazine. It's usually priced about $100 more than the base .45. Don't know if this is what the OP got.

I put rubber Talons in all my handguns, including the Shield 45. I didn't mind the stippling, but I'm just used to the Talons.
