Further update on this, The South Australian firearms being sent to US are mostly 66 both 2..5 and 4 inch. they are not used in anger too often, maybe ten police shootings in a year. Even on the range, the firearms only have minimal use. Each two year period the officers must holster requalify...

I guess you might be writing about the new MP9/40/45 semi auto. If not I apologise, I own one of them. The State of Sth Australia, just dumped all the S&W revolvers, (they were bought back by S&W for refurbishment and sale in any other country than Australia), they were mostly all K frames.

I totally agree the 27 is a much better finished firearm. However I point out I am not one of those saying the 27-2 or any HP is better. I just love the fact that you can load em up when you wish, I understand that goes for a 27 as well. Rod
