Yes they did make mod. 10 3 inch HB nickle revolvers. I have seen 2 and was luckey enough to buy both and dumb enough to let them get away for something I thought I wanted more. Both were 10-8 variations. If I am ever fortunate enough to find a third I won't make the same mistake again.

I was at a gunshow today and saw a model 63 and on the right side of the barrel it said .22 m. r. f. instead of .22 long rifle. Price was $375.It didn't appear that the lettering had been altered. maybe I should go back tomorrow for a closer examination.
