I have yet to have anyone noticed that I conceal carry and ask me that question.

If you carry appendix, give G-Code Incog or Phlster Access/Skeleton a shot. I have both and use them regularly. A thorough comparison of the two here. I've previously tried Alien Gear before I decided I much prefer appendix carry. Alien Gear is a good deal for its price.
