    I've got a screw loose: safety screw on 639. Help.

    Had the same problem. Removed the safety lever and replaced with a non-ambidextrous lever.

    I have one purchased new in late 80's. Used on duty as a second weapon. Still own it and always will. Good find. A keeper.
