Update Well I have nice 3 x 9 scopes on our 10-22 and marlin 60 so the 15-22 gets a red dot. I went with the Burris FF3 on the AR flattop mount. Burris AR-F3. Looks pretty nice and they say it will cowitness the Magpul BUIS too. I will post back how it all works out and post some pics.

Are the "flex hone" hones a good tool to use for cleaning up the throats? If so, which grit is best, or what hone material works best. I have a couple cylinders on different guns that look a little rough in the throats, but they measure OK. I was afraid to run anything through them so as not...

Could it be... Is there any chance you are trying to load stingers "after" regular .22LR, and possibly the cylinder has a powder ring inside at the spot where the bulk pack ammo fires and when you try to put the Stingers in they are hitting the powder crud inside the cyl.? You can "force"...

I have run Stingers through mine with no problem extracting or firing. It is a recent production 617-6 10 shot. I have shot just about every kind of .22 I've had laying around through it with no problems. Ss
