J frame or ruger SP101 over the plastic guns every time. I shoot all of the j frames from .22 to 357 mag and all are good. SP101 is heavy but built like a tank and I carry that with federal 125 gr H.P. more often than not

Usually carry revolver, New S&W pro mdl 640, older mdl 640, mdl442 or three inch 65 with bobbed hammer. Also have a couple of 3" 66. One is a "carry comp 3" Can't go wrong with the J frame for concealed carry and the K frame for belt carry. Also, regard very highly is Ruger SP101 DOA.

MidwayUSA has S&W 3913 mags for sale, often (approx $30) I bought 10 so far. Carry the 3913 everyday and love it. Get a couple of flat mag pads and install them on your carry mags.
