I would like to mount a scope for my M29, but can't determine what scope rings will fit.
It appears Weaver style will work, but I tried a set and they just don't lock in completely and I don't think it would hold zero.
I've only seen one other M29 with this mounting style on another board...
Looks like you learned the hard way not to lend something out without completely explaining how to use it.
I lent out my weedwacker once to a friend. He nearly burnt it up because he left the choke on and used it under full throttle the whole time.
Does S&W replace the firing pin for this particular issue? or do they replace the screw?
I checked a few other screws. From left to right;
M27, M57, M29, and the TR 325
The M29 and 325 screw are the same length. I may try to use one of the longer ones and see if it corrects the problem...
