I installed one in my PSA lower and I can tell you its everything advertised. Goes in real easy. No detectable creep and is a crisp three pound pull. I'm seriously considering another one for my Rock River Predator Pursuit.
I've had my Shield 9 NTS since 5/23/15. Had over five hundred rounds through it - all my own handloads except for eight rounds of Hornady Critical Defense - without a problem. The only things I've done to it are to put a Molon Labe striker plate on the back - just to be contrary - and added...
Left the People's Republic of Kalifornia eleven years ago. The only thing I miss about it are the beaches and the weather. Can't believe how much worse it has gotten since I left. Higher taxes, more restrictive laws - not to mention draconian gun laws - and absolutely stupid politicians (and the...
Green is easier to see in daylight. On a different note, dvor.com has CTC green laserguard demos/refurbs on sale for the next two days at $135 plus shipping. They tend to sell out quickly.

Just got back from the range with my Shield. Second outing and another 200 plus rounds downrange. Got a great deal on a dealer demo from DVOR on a Crimson Trace Laserguard - paid $95.00 plus shipping. I've never used a laser before, but have gotten to the point where my eyes won't focus on the...
You need to start learning how to "roll your own". Get a reloading book and start learning how to reload all that brass you shot. Save the serious "social work" ammo for EDC and use reloads for practice. Excluding the initial cost of brass, my reloads average about 11 cents a round.
I've had my 9mm Shield for about a month now and have run about 300 rounds (my own reloads) through it. I've owned several other 9mm pistols over the years - Browning Hi-Power (still have it), S&W Model 59, CZ-75 - and I have to say that this little pistol is really a soft shooting gun. Its also...
