Wow! 1923? Better go easy on the loads I run through it. I know most seem opposed to re-blue jobs, but this one might need one for self-preservation, The bore is good and it locks up well; however there are some light rust patches on the grips, My gunsmith checked it and it's still a shooter...

What is it with women and rubber grips? I have repeatedly offered to replace my wife's model 60 with wood grips, and she steadfastly refuses the most beautiful of grips for the Goodyears. Maybe only men appreciate a good piece of wood in their hands...six
