I have two lollipop sights that I am not using.
1. Adjustable rear sight that has some pitting on it. Needs to be cleaned up or refinished. $35 shipped.
2. Fixed elevation but left to right adjustable rear sight. I had this sight refinished by Birdsong in Black T while I had another...
Thanks. I don't normally like to refinish an original, but this was one of those AIM imports that was in rough shape and so gummed up it would not fire. I cleaned it, shot it, and liked it so much that I thought it might be nice to give it a makeover since I plan on keeping it. I agree with...
I bought a model 14 in this unmatched box with the diamond magna grips on it. The gun is a shooter so I put target grips on it and I do not need the box. The grips are in good shape and are stamped with number 520759. The box has some wear and looks like there was some tape around it at some...
I'm no expert, but the 28 that I have and others that I have seen have a matte finish from the factory. The 27 has a gloss blue finish. Being that yours still has that matte finish on the front of the frame and the trigger guard, I'm guessing someone took some compound and a polishing wheel to...
I saw that one and wondered about it, too. I found a completed sale that had a little info on it.
"In 1989 Ellett Bros. and Smith and Wesson got together to produce 12 revolvers, one for each month. Each month depicting a different scene of advertisements from the late 1800's- early...
New Hogue Rosewood grips still in the box. I bought for a model 39 but fits others in title 1st and 2nd generation according to the box.. They are very nice. Grip screws did not come with it. $45 shipped. First 'I'll take it' gets it. Lower 48 only for free shipping.
I have an old, well worn 39 that I picked up from AIM for $235. The trigger is better than the 3 or 4 digit guns and it is fun to shoot. Being single stack, the grip is nicer to me than the newer ones. I like it enough that I would like to have another one. (or two).
