    Opinion on a purchase of a .357

    Have a 686 and is a great gun for shooting the 357. The model 19 is well balanced and a beautiful gun. Always harder to find an older good gun than a newer one. If you are just plinking at the range and want more value in the future I would go with the 19. A more versatile gun would be the 686...
