My guess is that you are not focusing on the front site, but rather on your target. This can cause you to dip the front sight as you look over it to the target. When you begin high this makes up for it. Once you have alignment bring focus to front sight with target blurry. Your eye/brain...

Picked up a new MP15t today. Can't wait to get to the range with it. Also grabbed a Shield 9 for the wife as she will have her LTC in a week or so. Both great guns. Merry Christmas!

With a OWB holster a good first shot, from holster, should be 1.5 or below. Follow up shots should be .2 to .3 per shot. Depending on the concealment holster this may be tough.
