Carry a Shield 45 every day. Great shooting gun, ditto on the Uplulu.

I was surprised about how easy it shot, recoil was no problem. I thought trigger pull was good too. I can shoot out the bullseye at 7 yards.

Lock the slide back and let it sit for about a week, it will help.

I had a very hard time locking the slide open, after leaving it locked open for a week I could finally do it. Now after about 1,000 rounds it's manageable.

I had trouble with Sellier & Bellot ammo, a lot of miss feeding. I like Blazer brass for range shooting, I think Remington UMC is pretty dirty with a bigger flash.

I use Alien Gear, iwb 3.0 every day for my Shield 45acp, most comfortable for me.

Yes had the same problem, I now clean the magazines with Rem Oil, strip them down and spray with Rem Oil then wipe down. Not lubing the inside, cleaning them. Then I clean the followers with the same stuff and wipe them off. The Rem Oil has silicone and helps the feeding. Went to the range...

Nearly impossible at first, lock it back with an empty mag. Leave it sit that way for a few days. It will help.

When I first got the Shield 45 it was darn near impossible to lock back the slide. After leaving it on the shelf with the slide locked back for a few days it was easier. I've never had a gun that hard. It's fine now with about a thousand rounds through it.

Sent gun in 6/23 rec'd back on 8/3, warranty work.

Lock the slide back and let it sit for a few days, loosen's it up.

Another thing that helps is to take the magazines apart and clean with Rem Oil.
