    Model 64-5, Good find?

"Cherrys" fine guns has been a staple in NC for a long time. They use to have a great showroom, but 15 or so years ago, moved and went to mostly online. They are best known for being the premier place for Colts over the years and one of the guys that use to work there, "wrote the book" (well...

    Model 64-5, Good find?

They were going to make 1000, they only did about 80. the issue is, even though it is a 5 shot, the cyl walls are thinner than David Hoggs arms. It can handle a standard 44 spc rd, but a few people hot rodded um, and they grenaded big time.

    Model 64-5, Good find?

Swore off buying any more guns, been two years since my last one, but thought last night, "I can just look at Cherry's website, what can it hurt?" Well, I was there 1st thing this morning, and it did not hurt my wallet that bad. They had got in a TON of S&W's from a long time collector, I have...

I wish this gun could talk

I have said that phrase 100 times over the years. A guy was recounting a story on Twitter about a family hand me down model 19, and the verbal stories he got with it and it made me think I had bought some guns in the past, that had paper under the grips or in the stock with a story about the...

    The Uberti Schofield

I had two of the pro center guns in my sample kit, when I was a RSM for S&W, shot a couple match's with them. I had found a little out of the way gun shop in the mountains of NC that I called on, that had a couple of cases of 45 Schofield on his shelf, that he had had forever, traded him a case...

    The Uberti Schofield

the Knuckle Duster is a IJ, very few were built, they had to be fitted at the factory. If I remember right, there were about 1800 total shipped, they say at one time, Iver Johnson was shipping about 9000 guns a week

    The Uberti Schofield

I like them also I tend to like shiny cowboy guns for SASS Saw a 3 1/2" come into the shop and had to have it, it being 400.00 helped I also got a 45 Colt converted BP to go with it Picked up a few of the Barra airgun versions also, much cheaper to practice with, you can get them in 5" and 7

    The Bren Ten Curse

It is an "Maxi 10 airsoft" version, gas powered , shoots a 8mm plastic BB. Probably less of them made than the real Bren, very few imported into the US.

    The Bren Ten Curse

I had a Bren, sold it when someone wanted to give me a wad of cash for it. later, sent in money for a deposit on a "Peregrine", that never happened, and I lost that money (along with pre payment on a "Specter" shotgun),,,,I guess what they say about a fool and my money is true!. So, I ended up...
