I am going to go the Harbor Freight bench set up my self. Looked at it last time I was there and it is pretty solid. I bought a Harbor Freight Vibrating Tumbler for my brass. A little noisy but it does a great job. That's when I looked at that bench.

I use Win 231 or HP 38 same bullet you are using same gun. My start load is 4.3 grns. I typically try to stay at 4.5 grns. I use a Lee Classic Turret press Bullet crimp is the last process.
