Definitely not. It requires a 3/8x24 to 1/2x28 thread adapter. The M&P 22 full size Walther barrel is threaded from M8x.75 to .5-28 threads. I have a Walther adapter and it definitely is a no go substantially. Damn metric system S/ TG
