Glad you got it figured out, and posted it for the rest of us. An old shooting buddy of mine was a copier repairman in real life. His standard practice on a repair call was a through cleaning of the machine before attempting anything else. 9 times out of 10 the cleaning “repaired” the machine.

I like the Herretts myself. I have short fingers and beefy mitts and the Shooting Stars fit me well. I like that you can usually find them in junk boxes at gunshows fairly cheaply too!:D My 4" 19 is a -4, but I have a 19-3 snub;)
