    Model 60 needs hammer

I have a long owned M60, serial R1358XX, no dash of course. I carried it as backup for some time and bobbed the hammer. Did a trigger job too. Now I just want it back to normal so to speak. Is Smith the place to send it or another option? Have to find that hammer too. Any help appreciated...

Oh that K22 keeps me going...

I have one K22 I love but have not seen that many of these. That is with a target hammer and large target grips. Forget about it going in that gold box, no way with those grips. But my question is how common were the large hammer and grips and did they ship unassembled in a regular box or what...

The Model 27 Three and one half inch BBL

I think this was the finest revolver made by S&W and my favorite for sure. I carried this on duty and sold it, *** to cheap long ago. But for whatever reason the short barrel was dropped and it remains my favorite of all. Comments?

    Target K22 and the box...

I have a fifties K with target hammer and target grips all factory. This one will not fit my gold K22 box. Were the guns shipped with anohter box or just minus the grips?

    Flat Latch 36

I am curious about a couple of things. I have a like new 36, flat latch with diamond grips. First is when did diamond grips stop being put on and second, the serial is 352052, any idea of date of manufacture? It is a very nice 36 but have to consider if or not...

Diamond grips, how long and when

I have a Model 36, round butt which I prefer in this snubbie and diamond grips. The serial is 352XXX and i just got curious about when the diamond grips ceased. This one has a flat latch. Just curious on timing... Now think I posted in the wrong place. My story always.

    And Diamond grips too...

I just got a Model 36, flat latch with diamond grips. That is my question, does anyone have the information on when the diamond grips began and more importantly to me, ended? According to Roy Jink's book it was made prior to 1969 but that is always a question too...

    Just a K22 to trade...

I sold for whatever reason some time ago my M27, 3.5 inch and want one again. It was an early one but in this age of money issues, all I have is a couple of K22's. One has a target hammer and target grips and is ultra-nice and that is the one I would probably trade. What am I looking at to get...

    Just want a hammer...

Years ago I did a real trigger job on my Model 60. I then cut off the hammer as it was my hide gun. Today I would like to replace the hammer but have not had much luck. I first called S&W, got an order and then got the wrong hammer, called and was told that was all there was. Anyone know of a...

    The Model 35

There is a Model 35 on Gunbroker and it does look nice. Anyone know when the first one came out? This one has an interesting story but I just have not seen that many 35's.
