I am almost certain it is sight picture 3 for all the M&P's. I believe there was another thread floating around like this. Anyways, I use 3. I believe it is the most accurate.

No on his Facebook page there is a picture showing how he covers the recess where the screws come out with suede or leather. I wondered the same thing. I believe that particular one is $65+12 shipping. Ha if you can't tell I've been looking into these holsters myself

Yes happened to my shield 9mm on first trip to the range. They ought to use a solid sight where the material is actually a different color instead of a hole with cheap paint. I will be repainting mine as well.

This is my first post and I realize there are other shield specific holster threads. HOWEVER, in my search for a holster I have come across many pictures of the shield in holsters but FEW pictures of persons actually wearing THEIR holster... Somebody start us off. I'd really like to see some...
