    New Smith&Wesson Model 10 Classic

The only statement I’m seeing here that’s not realistic, is the notion a good condition model 10 can be had for $3-400. Not in Texas. $6-800 maybe. I’d love to find one that’s not beat to heck for $3-400. I’m not seeing them.

    .22 Bolt Action Rifle

It’s really hard to beat the old single shots. Remington, Winchester, mossberg, they all made guns that were inexpensive (at the time) but were outstanding performers. Old walnut, good bluing and quality you can feel. I’ve got a couple, haven’t ever shot them, but those I have are real...

What was your first Smith and Wesson??

I bought a model 66 in 4” from a gun show in College Station Texas in about ‘82. Kept it for 15 years or so. Had the notion I should stop dragging it around. Sold it. Kinda like The Best Car I Never Shoulda Sold thing. But I did. I got another one now. Usually carry a .38 nowadays.

I just picked up one today. 34 no dash. Flat latch, diamond escutcheons on the grips. 4 digit serial. I also picked up a pencil barrel 64, no dash. Grips weren’t period correct, so i put a set i had hanging around on it.

Tyler T-Grips and the Oklahoma Attorney General

I’d be happy to purchase a couple S&W J frame round butt T-grips if you’re tired of looking at them.

J Frame Snub Owners: What is your favorite EDC Holster?

There is a company in San Diego named Triple K. Not KKK, Triple K . It’s a family business, their name is Krasne. They’ve been making holsters for quite some time now, and their stuff is all made in USA. I’ve gotten several holsters from them and their stuff is of very good quality and...

Smith and Wesson life time warranty and Customer Service experiences .

I’ve had good luck with them. Sent them two early 80s Model 10s in horrible shape. They sent back 2 beautiful revolvers in perfect working condition. $220 each. Worth the money in my mind.

The Beretta 21A (Bobcat) Inox — my new BUG.

I’ve had one for years. Very reliable and amazingly accurate. Eats hi velocity ammo well, and seems to love the modern uppercut and punch stuff. Neat little backup. I carry mine often.

    My Model 10's

I really hate it when you do something nice for someone and they piss all over your effort. I don’t give guns to people any longer. For that reason.

    TISAS ?

I’m not angered. Everytime I post here the next guy comes on and says I’m full of ****. I’m just giving personal experience here. I get tired of one ups manship every flipping post.
