Do these barrels exist for the long slide version of the M&P CORE? I would think the threaded barrel would need to be about 6 inches. Anyone know of a shop that makes or sells them?

Dry fire every night for 10 min. Watch and make sure sights dont move. You may need to reposition your trigger finger to ensure the sights don't move. Dry fire is the key. Next month you won't have any problem.

What kind of ammo?

Double taps no problem. To get used to finding the dot, just look for your front sight as usual. I wouldn't worry about heat or cold. If you get a cheap one maybe. You think any were left in vehicles over in the sand box?

Absolutely one in the Chamber. Always, safety or no safety.

Bench rest it and then play around with your trigger press.

New member here :o My Two Smiths. Just got a new M&P 40 CORE. Very nice, except for the 6# plus trigger. Got the APEX comp kit and RMR on the way :D
