It seems that way as well on mine; however, it seems that the dot it's self is centered whereas the base of the sight is skewed to the left.

Hello. I have a smith and wesson, m&p shield in 9mm. The issue I have is, when I rack the slide and there is no magazine in the gun the slide does what it normal does and slides back forward. But, for whatever reason if I have a magazine in and I rack the slide it stays in the back position...
